Heaven Drop: A Divine Blend of Cinnamon and Honey

Revolutionizing Tea Time with a Unique, Award-Winning Design

Heaven Drop is inspired by the world's second most popular hot drink - tea. The designers noticed that tea is often consumed with a variety of sweets and flavors, with cinnamon and honey being particularly popular. However, these two ingredients are traditionally used separately. The designers saw an opportunity to combine these two beloved flavors into a single, convenient package, thus creating a product that adds sweetness, scent, and health benefits to your cup of tea.

The unique properties of Heaven Drop lie in its design and functionality. The product is a cinnamon roll filled with honey, with Egyptian figures depicted on its outer surface - a nod to the first culture that recognized the importance of cinnamon. The inner surface of the roll is isolated with beeswax, which is also used to pack the two bottoms of the roll after it is filled with honey. This design is the perfect union of healthy food, beauty, and taste.

The production of Heaven Drop involves several phases, including the depiction of the cinnamon sheets, cutting the sheets to a specified size, isolating the inner surface with beeswax, and rolling the sheets. The rolls are then filled with honey and packed with beeswax. The final product is 11 cm long, with a cinnamon roll diameter of 1 mm, and contains 20 grams of honey.

Heaven Drop is not just a product, but an experience. When placed in a hot cup of tea, the beeswax melts and the honey seeps out of the roll into the cup, sweetening the tea and adding the flavor and scent of cinnamon. The design is a result of extensive research into the nature of cinnamon and honey, and their combination, with the aim of creating a new product that enhances the daily tea-drinking ritual.

The project, which started in November 2016 in Tehran and finished in January 2017, faced several creative, technical, and research challenges. However, the designers' dedication to creating a product that is not only practical, but also beautiful and healthy, led to the creation of Heaven Drop - a symbol of heaven in your cup of tea.
